Fridays are for Pizza

Pizza. I love it all. From the cheapest, sauciest slice…to the fanciest, frilliest gourmet pie…and everything in between.

Which is why I like to experiment with clean(ish) alternatives. Veggie crust (cauliflower, spinach, zucchini, eggplant, etc.), sweet potato-rolled oat crust (seriously amazing…check it out here at @Pinchofyum 3-ingredient crust), and even this easy coconut flour crust that I topped with more traditional fare.

Crispy pepperoni, fresh mozzarella, homemade marinara, and basil from my garden.
