Are you trying hard enough?
There is one thing you can always control in your fitness: your effort. You should never finish a workout asking if you left it all on the floor. I used to go to the gym to shuffle on the elliptical for 25 minutes and then I’d go home.
You know what kind of results I saw? . . . NONE.
Was it better than nothing at all?. . .sure, but in the same 25 minutes, I could have created real change in my mind and body. Either way it’s 25 minutes of your time. I know it can sometimes be hard to make time to work out, but if you manage to make the time, why cheat yourself by putting in half the effort?
That’s one of the best things about fitness – you always get out what you put in.
